By a gentle squeezing and crushing action, cold-pressed juice retains the maximum amount of vitamins, minerals and enzymes. By using other methods, such as centrifugal juicers or blenders, enzymes and nutrients are broken down due to the use of oxygen and heat in the blending process. Cold-pressed juice contains up to 5 times more nutrients and enzymes that are beneficial to our bodies.
