  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 teaspoon Davidson’s Plum Jam
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter

Mango, Cashew & Vanilla Smoothie

  • 1 Handful Raw Organic Cashews
  • 1/2 Frozen Mango
  • 250ml Organic Coconut Water

Nutella Smoothie

  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 pitted date
  • 1 serve Bare Whey protein powder or Organic Raw Cacao WPI
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons hazelnuts
