This cacao and mint smoothie is to die for!
A favourite in our smoothie bar, the Cacao Mint Crunch is a chocolatey, minty and smooth delectation! The blitzed in cacao nibs gives the smoothie a textured crunch, with a taste that’s reminiscent of choc mint ice-cream.
This recipe is made with our homemade cashew milk, but you can use whatever milk you have on hand. The cashew milk has an unrivalled flavour and smooth texture, and it works well in all smoothie recipes. - Blends all ingredients except the cacao nibs in a blender until smooth.
- Blitz in the cacao nibs for 5 seconds.
