Mango, Coconut, Lime and Matcha WPI Smoothie Bowl

I won’t lie, I was pretty excited when I found out that Bare Blends were producing a Organic Matcha Protein Powder. I have always wanted to try Matcha, but found it to be somewhat intimidating.

Where do I buy it?

What shall I put it in?

Will it taste any good? (it does!)

As a green tea lover, I found it pairs well with most things, but mango is by far my favourite. Combined with coconut milk, you have something that my Mum and I decided was akin to a rice pudding smoothie. What could possibly be better than that?!

METHOD

  1. Blend all the ingredients thoroughly, and serve.

Optional: fancy edible flowers/miscellaneous decorative elements and fancy straws.

It probably will still taste as good without them.
