Made with our Organic Vanilla Bean WPC, this smoothie will also boost your immune system, aid in weight management and weight loss in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle, and taste absolutely delicious!
- 2 tbsp of oats (we used organic spelt oats)
- 1 tbsp of yoghurt
- 1 frozen banana (the more overripe, the sweeter!)
- 1 tbsp of honey (or any natural sweetener like agave syrup etc)
- 3 tbsp Bare Blends Organic Vanilla Bean NZ WPC
- 250ml of almond milk (our favourite is by Pureharvest)
- A dusting of cinnamon
- Blend all ingredients, except for the cinnamon, for 20 seconds.
- Dust with cinnamon
