Ingredients
- 2 tablespoonoats (we used organic spelt oats)
- 1 tablespoonyoghurt
- 1 frozen banana (the more overripe, the sweeter!)
- 1 tablespoonhoney (or any natural sweetener like agave syrup etc)
- 3 tablespoonVanilla Bean WPC
- 250 millilitrealmond milk (our favourite is by Pureharvest)
- A dusting of cinnamon
Directions
- Blend all ingredients, except for the cinnamon, for 20 seconds.
- Dust with cinnamon
- Enjoy!
