Raw cashews are delicious nutritional powerhouses rich in iron, phosphorus, selenium, magnesium and zinc, as well as being high in proanthocyanidins, which have been shown to stop cancer cell division.

Ingredients


  • 1 Organic Pear
  • 1 servingBare Blends Organic Vanilla Bean + Native WPI
  • 1 Handful raw organic cashews
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 250 millilitreOrganic almond milk
  • Cinnamon to taste

Directions


  1. Soak the cashews for 6 hours to obtain the creamiest result (optional)
  2. Blend all ingredients until smooth
  3. Top with cinnamon
  4. Enjoy your delicious cashew, vanilla and pear smoothie!
