Firstly, a big thankyou to everyone who were out over the weekend to meet the team and sample the blends. We had the pleasure of meeting three thousand of you, giving out smoothie samples and receiving amazing feedback.

Taste of Sydney 2015 was our first major food festival and we were very proud to be the only nutritional supplement manufacturer at an event focused on flavour!

In order to truly showcase our blends, we committed to using only four ingredients in each smoothie recipe, hope you enjoy them as much as we enjoyed meeting you all!

Madagascan Vanilla & Coconut

What better way to experience the ambrosial flavour of organic vanilla bean than the simple combination of complex carbohydrates from banana, healthy fats from coconut oil and amino-acid packed Native WPI.

A genuine crowd pleaser, even the fussiest of eaters find it hard to say no to this smoothie.

Roasted Hazelnut & Peruvian Cacao

A decadent delight that can be enjoyed without a hint of guilt. Hazelnuts are best roasted for 10-15 minutes in a 180°C oven. Lovers of dark chocolate can add an extra tablespoon of Bare Organic Cacao for extra indulgence.

Wild Berries & Coconut Milk

The boys at Inside Out have created a Coconut Water that honestly tastes fresh from the tree. By using intense pressure rather than heat, more of the enzymes, vitamins,anti-oxidants and flavour are left intact. We're big fans of new, nutritious processing methods, so found the perfect pair in freeze-dried Bare Berries and pressurised Coconut Water.

Hydrating, energising, detoxifying, delicious, this combination inspires hope for our food chain and a return to natural foods without preservatives.

Matcha, Mango & Roasted Macadamia

Matcha is one of the most rewarding ingredients to work with, it's complex, intriguing and when paired with complementary flavours creates a unique taste that linger on the tongue and mind.

Slightly acidic fruits like berries, mangos, citrus and apples pair well especially when using dairy, coconut, fresh cashew or macadamia milk.
