Shipping and delivery delays

We are doing everything that we can to maintain our fast shipping times during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Although we’ve seen a large increase in demand, our team are working hard to ship your orders in a timely manner and minimise delays.

We are dispatching orders as soon as possible from our Melbourne warehouse. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee delivery times due to circumstances beyond our control, such as delays within the Australia Post network.

Our customer support team are experiencing high volumes of shipping enquiries and are working hard to provide timely responses, however we are experiencing lengthy delays in responses from freight companies and Australia Post.

Domestic Shipping

Currently Australia Post are experiencing delays across all domestic services. These delays can be up to a few days, and we ask that you bear with us during this time.

The tracking information will be emailed to you shortly after your order has been shipped, and the tracking page will provide you with an estimated arrival date. This will be updated should there be any unforeseen delays. There are various operational reasons why your parcel may appear not to be moving, but rest assured Australia Post are working hard to get your parcel to you as quickly as they can.

If there has been an extensive delay with your parcel, please get in touch with our team at and we will do our best to provide an update.

International Shipping

We are expecting major international delivery delays due to flight cancellations and government restrictions because of COVID-19. Currently there are known delivery service delays to and from most countries. Unfortunately we cannot continue to ship to some countries as a result.

If you’re unsure about your country accepting international deliveries, please get in touch with our team at before you place an order.
