How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your subscription can be managed easily within your Bare Blends account.
How do I update my address?
Your shipping address can be updated at any time in your Bare Blends account. If your order has already been shipped, you can change your address with Australia Post right up until your parcel is on board for delivery, by using the MyDeliveries website
Will I be notified when my orders are shipped?
Yes, we’ll send you an email when your order has been shipped, and we’ll provide you with the tracking number for each shipment.
How will I be billed?
You will be billed automatically when your subscription is due via your original order payment method.
When does the subscription finish?
Your subscription will continue until you cancel it.
Can I pause a shipment?
You can pause subscriptions by going to ‘My Subscriptions’ in your account section.
What happens if my credit card expires?
If your credit card expires during your subscription, our system will mark the status of that subscription as ‘Suspended' and we will notify you via email.
Can I use Afterpay to pay for a subscription?
Unfortunately we don’t offer Afterpay as a payment method for subscription orders. You can pay for your subscription using a credit card or a PayPal account.
