Our Raw Peruvian Power Protein is nutritionally loaded with plant protein, antioxidants, adaptogens and omega-3s.

Shake or blend 30g (4 level tbsp) in your liquid/smoothie of choice.

When to take it?

Perfect to consume after excercise for muscle recovery, or to add to smoothies/recipes as a meal. We don't recommend more than two servings a day unless training vigorously.

1. In a blender, pulse the macadamias, dessicated coconut, pepitas, Chia Seeds, Raw Cacao Powder, Bare Greens, and the Organic Cacao WPI/Peruvian Power Protein. Be careful not to over-process as you want a crunchy texture! 2. Remove mixture from blender and place in large mixing bowl 3. Blend the dates, vanilla bean, honey and coconut oil on high until a paste forms, scraping down the sides if needed. 4. Add the paste to the dry mixture and kneed with your hands until well combined. 5. Spread mixture into a small baking dish lined with baking paper, packing it down tightly and evenly 6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes 7. Slice into evenly sized bars

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin coconut oil, melted
  • 4 x 20ml tablespoons Cacao & Cinnamon Plant Protein
  • 2 x 20ml tablespoons rice malt syrup
  • Handful of raw pecan nuts

1. Mix the coconut oil, protein powder and rice malt syrup together in a small bowl until well combined. 2. Spoon the mixture into a silicone ice cube tray, only filling each cube about 3/4 full to leave room for the pecans. Press a couple of pecan pieces into each cube and leave the tray in the fridge or freezer for a few hours to set. 3. Once set, pop the mini brownies out of the tray and store in the fridge or freezer.

  • 2/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1 1/4 cups soft dates, pitted (we used Medjool dates)
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla & Coconut Plant Protein
  • 1/4 tsp good-quality salt
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp rice malt syrup

Make the crust 1. Grease a medium sized tart tin (i used coconut oil) and line the base with baking paper 2. Add grated cacao butter and rice malt syrup to a heat proof bowl, and set over a pot of simmering water. Allow to melt. 3. Meanwhile, add almond meal, coconut and plant protein powder to a large mixing bowl. Mix well, then add the cacao butter and rice malt syrup mixture once melted. Mix again, then transfer to the tart tin. Take your time to spread and press the mix uniformly, creating a nice, even base. Set aside. Make the filling 1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender, ensuring you have removed all pits from the dates, then blend until very smooth*. You will need to use the tamper to help the blender along, as the mixture will be very thick. Once smooth, scrap the filling into the tart shell. Set in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours. 2. To serve, decorate with fresh berries and melted chocolate, or a simple sprinkling of salt flakes. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge (for up to 1 week), or freezer (for up to 3 weeks).

Delicious!

Have it morning with coconut water or soy milk. Usually have it with the green blends also. Was reluctant to try it initially, because cinnamon was one of the ingredients as they ran out if the vanilla coconut plant protein, but I've since ordered it a second time and put it on a subscription for arrival every two months, and the cinnamon is not at all noticeable. Not as smooth as whey protein, as I expected, but I prefer plant proteins over dairy based products. I would recommend it.
