This bundle contains our whey protein isolate (WPI) or plant-based protein for muscle recovery and weight loss, Chia Seeds to keep you sustained, Organic Japanese Matcha to boost metabolism, and Bare Berries for antioxidants and vitality.
Shake or blend 30g (4 level tbsp) in your liquid/smoothie of choice.
Shake a 5g serving of this vitality boosting blend in water, or add to your favourite smoothie for a delicious dose of antioxidants. Try stirring into snacks such as yoghurt!
Add 10g (1 tbsp) to your favourite smoothies for extra nutrients, including omega-3s and fibre. It will also make your smoothies more satisfying and filling.
When to take it?
Perfect to consume after excercise for muscle recovery, or to add to smoothies/recipes as a meal. We don't recommend more than two servings a day unless training vigorously.
