- 1 frozen banana
- 1 teaspoonDavidson’s Plum Jam
- 1 tablespoonnatural peanut butter

- Blend the ingredients in a blender until smooth.

- 1 Handful Raw Organic Cashews
- 0.5 Frozen Mango
- 250 millilitreOrganic Coconut Water
