Australia & New Zealand Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
We use Australia Post for our shipping. Orders placed before 12pm AEST are generally shipped on the same day. All orders placed after 12pm will be shipped on the following business day. If delays are expected we will contact you by phone or email.
We ship orders as soon as possible from our Melbourne warehouse. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee delivery at a certain time due to circumstances beyond our control, such as delays within the Australia Post network.
Please refer to the table below for approximate delivery times from the day the order is dispatched to when it should be received. Shipping to rural areas may take 1-2 days longer than the below timeframes.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Victoria: 1-2 business days (express 0-1 day)
New South Wales, Queensland: 2-4 business days (express 1-2 days)
South Australia, Tasmania: 2-4 business days (express 1-2 days)
Northern Territory, Western Australia: 4-6 business days (express 3-4 days)
International Shipping
- All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. Bare Bends cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.
- Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.

- Orders cannot be shipped via an expedited shipping method, such as Next Day or 2 Day.
- Orders are generally received within 7-21 business days from the ship date.

Shipping Methods
Pack & Track International - This is our standard international shipping method for 2KG and under. It is registered post with tracking.
Int'l Express Courier - International Express Courier has tracking and is a registered courier service. This is our fastest method of standard shipping.
Other - Bare Blends can arrange insured priority express orders for international orders over $750AUD. We advise this shipping method for difficult postal delivery zones.
