  • Bare Glow combines bovine collagen with fruit ingredients
  • Bare Biotics provides prebiotic fibre from plant ingredients
  • Creatine Monohydrate is unflavoured, with no fillers or additives
  • Follow the serving directions on each product label

Wholefood ingredients, gently preserved

Why freeze-dried ingredients?

Freeze drying helps preserve the natural nutrients, colour and flavour of fruits and greens. By removing water at low temperatures, it limits heat exposure and helps protect delicate nutrients.

Explore freeze-dried plant ingredients in Bare Greens and Bare Berries.

01

Freeze the ingredients

Fruits and greens are frozen, turning the water inside them into ice.

02

Gently remove the water

Under a vacuum, the ice turns directly into vapour without becoming liquid. This process is called sublimation.

03

Preserve more of the good stuff

Low-temperature drying helps retain heat-sensitive nutrients along with the ingredients’ natural colour and flavour. Removing water concentrates the remaining nutrients by weight, ready for convenient powders.

Nutrient retention varies by ingredient, processing and storage. Freeze drying preserves nutrients rather than creating more of them.

Boosters questions

What are Bare Boosters?

Bare Boosters are our range of greens, berry, collagen, prebiotic fibre and creatine powders. Each product offers a different way to add ingredients to your everyday routine.

Which Bare Boosters are available?

The range includes Bare Greens, Bare Berries, Bare Glow, Bare Biotics and Creatine Monohydrate. Check the product cards for current availability. The Booster Canister is a storage accessory, not a powder.

How do I use Bare Boosters?

Depending on the product, mix into water or add to smoothies, yoghurt or oats. Serving sizes and directions vary, so follow the label on your chosen Booster.

Can I combine different Boosters?

Some Boosters can be added to the same drink or recipe. Follow each product’s directions, consider overlapping ingredients and your total intake, and check with a qualified health professional if you are unsure about a combination.

Are Bare Boosters sugar free?

Not all Boosters are sugar free. Fruit and vegetable blends can contain naturally occurring sugars. Check the nutrition panel for your chosen product rather than assuming the whole range has the same sugar content.

Are Bare Boosters dairy free?

Check the ingredients and allergen information for your chosen product. If you have a milk allergy, contact us for current cross-contact information before purchasing.

Are Bare Boosters non-GMO?

Refer to each product page and label for its non-GMO information. The ingredients and formulations differ across the range.

Are Bare Boosters gluten free?

Suitability varies by product. Bare Biotics contains oat beta-glucan and should not be treated as a gluten-free option. Check the label and current allergen information, particularly if you have coeliac disease.

Are Bare Boosters vegan?

Bare Greens, Bare Berries, Bare Biotics and Creatine Monohydrate are vegan options. Bare Glow is not vegan because it contains bovine collagen.

Do your Boosters use freeze-dried ingredients?

Bare Greens and Bare Berries use freeze-dried plant ingredients. Freeze-drying removes water after freezing. It does not apply to every ingredient or every Booster, including pure creatine.

Are the Boosters organic?

Some blends use certified organic ingredients. This is not a claim that every finished Booster is certified organic. Check the ingredient list for your chosen product.

Do any Boosters contain caffeine?

Bare Greens contains matcha green tea and therefore caffeine. Check the current label and consider your total caffeine intake when choosing a Booster.
