Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will receive a full refund less postage. Alternatively, you can exchange your item for a different blend. The return form must be completed within 14 days of receiving the order, and the product must be returned within the following six weeks.

Bare Blends Pty. Ltd. will not begin to process a refund or exchange until the returned goods are received.

The return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, but any further shipping costs (i.e. exchanged product) will be paid for by Bare Blends.

A refund can only be made to the credit card used to make the purchase and will be for the product only.
If you receive damaged goods or the incorrect product, Bare Blends will either reimburse you or replace the goods at our cost.
