Ingredients


  • 4 tablespoonChia Seeds
  • 1 servingBare Berries
  • 1 cuporganic coconut milk
  • handful raspberries
  • 1 teaspooncoconut nectar / agave
  • organic vanilla yogurt
  • a few black berries (or similar)

Directions


  1. Add Bare Berries to the coconut milk (Gently warm coconut milk on stove if solid)
  2. Add the chia, agave and stir until combined. Set in fridge for at least 1 hour
  3. Layer yogurt, raspberries, chia pudding until glass is filled.
  4. Top with black berries and enjoy!
