This one is dessert!
The recipe is refined sugar-free and could work for any time of day. You will receive a good dose of healthy fats and antioxidants from the coconut oil and raw cacao whilst still feeling like you are enjoying a treat.

Ingredients
- 200 millilitrealmond milk (or your choice of milk)
- 1 small frozen banana
- 10 gramOrganic Raw Peruvian Cacao
- 5 gramcoconut oil
- 1 teaspooncinnamon
- 1 servingRaw Cacao WPI or Cacao & Cinnamon Plant Protein
- 2 Medjool dates, pitted
Directions
- Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
