Cold drip coffee + Cacao = pure decadence! Cold drip coffee is produced by filtering coffee bean grinds through a special coffee filter. This process can take up to 12 hours, and produces a delicious, viscous liquid that has a deeper, rounder flavour than regular espresso coffee. This cacao smoothie recipe calls for cold drip, but if you cannot get your hands on any, a regular espresso shot will do.
- 1 Serve Organic Dark Cacao WPI
- 250ml Almond Milk
- 30ml Cold Drip coffee
- 2 Pitted dates
- Half a frozen banana
- Blend all ingredients for 20 seconds in a blender.
