Sometimes getting enough goodness into your day via meals can seem impossible - which is why we love our blender - let it do the chewing for you, all you've gotta do is swallow!
We are fortunate enough to live in a time where you can buy a healthy smoothie pretty much anywhere. However, if you’re living on a shoestring like us, then the concept of buying a smoothie out isn't always feasible. It’s so much easier and cheaper to whip one up at home and take it with you.
- Put all ingredients into the blender and blend on high until the consistency is smooth.
- Change the quantities for your desired taste and as always, we advise you to get creative. If you don’t have any of these ingredients in your pantry, then work with what you do have.
- Add it to a glass or bowl and add your favourite toppings, such as buckinis and coconut.
- Feel your cells being happy and have a beautiful day!
