Get your daily dose of greens in these raw, energy-dense bars! We've crammed Bare Greens and our decadent Raw Cacao Whey Protein Isolate (or our Vanilla Coconut Plant Protein for a vegan alternative) into one portable, nutrient rich bar. These can be made on a Sunday and be kept in the fridge for up to two weeks, but we doubt that they will last that long.

The Bare Greens Bar

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup raw macadamias
  • 1 cup dessicated coconut
  • 1 cup pepitas
  • 0.25 cup Organic Chia Seeds - Organic Chia Seeds
  • 0.25 cup Organic Raw Peruvian Cacao - Organic Raw Peruvian Cacao
  • 0.25 cup Bare Greens
  • 0.5 cup Raw Cacao WPI or Cacao & Cinnamon Plant Protein - Raw Cacao WPI
  • 2 tablespoon raw honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 20 medjool dates(pitted)
  • 6 tablespoon organic coconut oil

Directions

  1. In a blender, pulse the macadamias, dessicated coconut, pepitas, Chia Seeds, Raw Cacao Powder, Bare Greens, and the Organic Cacao WPI/Peruvian Power Protein. Be careful not to over-process as you want a crunchy texture!
  2. Remove mixture from blender and place in large mixing bowl
  3. Blend the dates, vanilla bean, honey and coconut oil on high until a paste forms, scraping down the sides if needed.
  4. Add the paste to the dry mixture and kneed with your hands until well combined.
  5. Spread mixture into a small baking dish lined with baking paper, packing it down tightly and evenly
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
  7. Slice into evenly sized bars
