These Raw Chocolate Tarts are the stuff that dreams are made of. It packs a punch full of antioxidants and has a decadent and bold flavour from Bare Blends' single origin Organic Raw Peruvian Cacao Powder. It is quite rich so we recommend sharing it with another raw foodie.

Ingredients
For the crust
- 1 1/2 cupalmond meal (finely ground)
- 6 tablespoonOrganic Raw Peruvian Cacao
- 3 tablespoonorganic agave syrup
- 3 tablespoonorganic coconut oil
- pinchHimalayan rock salt
Chocolate filling
- 1 1/2 cupOrganic Raw Peruvian Cacao
- 1 cuporganic agave syrup
- 2 tablespooncoconut oil
- pinchHimalayan rock salt
Directions
- Add crust ingredients to a food processor and blend until consistent.
- Split crust mixture into 3 or 4 separate tart trays depending on how large you like your tarts. Press the mixture in to the trays and form an even base.
- Leave the bases to set in freezer for 20 minutes.
- Add filling ingredients to food processor and blend until consistent.
- Spoon filling evenly into the bases.
- Leave them to set in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Serve cold with your choice of berries.
