This smoothie honestly tastes like Christmas in a cup! Loaded with protein and a healthy kick of turmeric to reduce inflammation in the body after an indulgent Christmas Day, this festive smoothie is what you need to get back on your feet!

Christmas smoothie

Ingredients

  • 60 gram Bare Whey or Vanilla WPI/WPC
  • 500 millilitre milk/nut milk (the creamier the better!)
  • 60 gram almonds
  • 60 gram pistachios
  • pinch cardamon, nutmeg and cinnamon (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric

Directions

  1. Blend nuts and spices in a high powered blender, scraping down the sides until a powder consistency
  2. Add the Bare Blends protein and 500ml of milk and blend
  3. Enjoy!
