Oat Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon oats (we used organic spelt oats)
  • 1 tablespoon yoghurt
  • 1 frozen banana (the more overripe, the sweeter!)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or any natural sweetener like agave syrup etc)
  • 3 tablespoon Vanilla Bean WPC - Vanilla Bean WPC
  • 250 millilitre almond milk (our favourite is by Pureharvest)
  • A dusting of cinnamon

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients, except for the cinnamon, for 20 seconds.
  2. Dust with cinnamon
  3. Enjoy!
