A favourite in our smoothie bar, the Cacao Mint Crunch is a chocolatey, minty and smooth delectation! The blitzed in cacao nibs gives the smoothie a textured crunch, with a taste that’s reminiscent of choc mint ice-cream.
This recipe is made with our homemade cashew milk, but you can use whatever milk you have on hand. The cashew milk has an unrivalled flavour and smooth texture, and it works well in all smoothie recipes. Ingredients
- 250 millilitrecashew milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 servingRaw Cacao WPI or Raw Cacao WPC or Cacao & Cinnamon Plant Protein
- 1 drop mint oil
- 1 tablespooncacao nibs
Directions
- Blends all ingredients except the cacao nibs in a blender until smooth.
- Blitz in the cacao nibs for 5 seconds.
- Enjoy!
