Chocolate Antioxidant Smoothie

I love smoothies. They are the perfect post-exercise refuel, but also a great way to fuel your longer sessions.

I often make this Chocolate Antioxidant Smoothie before heading out on the bike - it's easy to prepare and packed full of antioxidants, carbohydrates, protein and essential fats.

  1. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve topped with extra cacao nibs
  3. Enjoy!
