Ingredients
- 1/4 cupBare Blends Bare Whey Protein Isolate or Vanilla & Coconut Plant Protein
- 1 1/2 cuphazelnut meal
- 1/3 cupcoconut oil, melted
- 0.5 lemon, juice and zest
- 2 tablespooncashew butter, softened
- 1 teaspoonginger, ground
- coconut flour, for dusting
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Combine together with a spoon or your fingers to form a dough.
- Place mixture into the fridge and allow to set for 10 minutes.
- Remove mixture from the fridge and shape into 12 even-sized balls. Place onto a plate and back into the fridge to chill for at least 15 minutes before serving. Dust with coconut flour to serve.
