Ingredients


  • 3/4 cupraw almonds
  • 1/2 cupraw pecans
  • 1/2 cupmacadamias
  • 1/2 cupdessicated coconut
  • 3 tablespoonBare Blends Organic Raw Cacao Powder
  • 5 medjool dates - seeds removed
  • 1 small apple
  • 30 gramBare Berries
  • 110 gramfresh berries - Use raspberries, blueberries, or mixed berries
  • 1/3 cupcoconut oil, liquid - you may need to warm or over a bowl of hot water if it is solid
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoonagave syrup
  • 1/3 cupchia seeds
  • 1/4 cupdessicated or shredded coconut to top

Directions


  1. Line a small cake tin with baking paper, leave enough extra hanging off the sides for ease of removal once slice has set
  2. Combine the base ingredients, except the macadamias, in your Bare Blender/food processor until the mixture is doughy - in between chunky and smooth
  3. Add the macadamias and pulse until they are small, crunchy pieces throughout the mixture
  4. Pack the mixture in by pressing it into the bottom of the cake tin and store in freezer or fridge while preparing the topping
  5. Combine the Bare Berries, fresh berries, coconut oil, vanilla extract and agave syrup in your Bare Blender/food processor until smooth
  6. On a slow speed, mix in the chia seeds and spread over the base in the cake tin
  7. Dust the coconut over the top of the slice and place into the fridge/freezer to set
  8. When the slice has set, remove the slice our of the tin by using the extra baking paper as handles. Cut into squares or any shape you desire!
