With summer right around the corner in Australia, the team at Bare Blends have been taking their workouts outdoors. We believe in moving our bodies in many different ways (kettle-bells, yoga, sprints on the beach), and nourishing our bodies afterwards is an essential part of our training.
The BaseBodyBabes' Berry Smoothie:
- 2 coconuts + flesh
- Organic Vanilla Bean Native WPI
- Frozen Raspberries
- Frozen Banana
- 1 serve Bare Berries
- Blend all ingredients until smooth
- Top with dried figs (chopped) + mixed nuts (your choice)
