It’s a healthy alternative to tiramisu cake when you’re in the mood for dessert, or a delicious breakfast treat that will provide you with your essential morning coffee boost.

Ingredients
- 350 millilitrecoconut milk
- 30 gramVanilla Bean WPI
- 25 millilitreCoffee (we use Allpress Cold Coffee Shots)
- 20 grammacadamia butter
- 220 gramfrozen banana
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend until smooth.
- Top with your favourite toppings. We use cacao powder, crushed macadamias, desiccated coconut, coffee beans or cacao nibs.
