A delicious blend of cold drip coffee and vanilla bean protein. Coconut milk and macadamia butter give this smoothie a rounded delicious flavour. It’s a healthy alternative to tiramisu cake when you’re in the mood for dessert, or a delicious breakfast treat that will provide you with your essential morning coffee boost.

Ingredients


  • 350 millilitrecoconut milk
  • 30 gramVanilla Bean WPI
  • 25 millilitreCoffee (we use Allpress Cold Coffee Shots)
  • 20 grammacadamia butter
  • 220 gramfrozen banana

Directions


  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Top with your favourite toppings. We use cacao powder, crushed macadamias, desiccated coconut, coffee beans or cacao nibs.
