Ingredients
- 1/3 cupcoconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cupcoconut cream
- 2 teaspoonrice malt syrup
- 2 tablespoonBare Blends Organic Vanilla Bean Native WPI or Vanilla & Coconut Plant Protein
- 1 pinchsea salt
- 1 pinchtiny pinch freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoonturmeric, ground
- 2 tablespoonshredded coconut
- 1/3 cupmacadamia halves
Directions
- Vigorously stir coconut oil, coconut cream, rice malt syrup, protein powder, turmeric, shredded coconut and sea salt in a small bowl until well combined.
- Lay a piece of baking paper on a plate on a flat tray. Spread mixture.
- Sprinkle with macadamias. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until set.
