1 smoothie bowl
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Add more mango if the smoothie is too runny, or more coconut milk if it's too thick to achieve desired consistency.
- Serve straight away in a bowl and if desired, top with your favourite toppings. We used crushed macadamias.
