As well as fresh avocado, banana and blueberries, they add Bare Berries for an antioxidant boost, Bare Greens for phytonutrients and vitamins, Vanilla & Coconut Plant Protein for overall health, and Raw Peruvian Maca for an energy boost.
Perfect as an after-exercise fuel, or an energy-boosting breakfast to start the day, this smoothie has it all. We swung by their house for breakfast one day to find out how it’s done.

Ingredients
- 200 millilitre almond milk
- 1 avocado
- 2 bananas
- 1 handful blueberries
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 serving (60g) Vanilla & Coconut Plant Protein - Vanilla Coconut Plant Protein
- 1 teaspoon Organic Chia Seeds - Organic Chia Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Bare Berries - Bare Berries
- 1 tablespoon Bare Greens - Bare Greens
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Organic Raw Peruvian Maca - Organic Raw Peruvian Maca
Directions
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve in glasses or jars and top with your favourite toppings.
