Vanilla Passionfruit Smoothie

With only four simple ingredients, this smoothie is deliciously satisfying. It combines the tangy and tart flavour of passionfruit with smooth undertones of vanilla beans.

With only four simple ingredients, this smoothie is deliciously satisfying. It combines the tangy and tart flavour of passionfruit with smooth undertones of vanilla beans.  

It’s boosted with protein from Vanilla Bean WPI to keep you feeling full and boost your energy throughout the day. For a vegan option, swap this for Vanilla & Coconut Plant Protein. Other recommended additions to this smoothie include Bare Glow collagen powder which pairs perfectly, or Quinoa-B natural B vitamin complex.

Why passionfruit? Passionfruit contains essential nutrients such as vitamin A, potassium, magnesium, Vitamin C and more. It’s a rich source of antioxidants and contains fibre. It’s also delicious and full of flavour.

Vanilla Passionfruit smoothie

Ingredients

  • 250 ml almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 30 gm Vanilla Bean WPI or Vanilla & Coconut Plant Protein - Vanilla Bean WPI
  • 1 passionfruit pulp
  • 50 gm frozen banana

Directions

  1. 1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. 2. Pour into a glass and top with your favourite toppings. We like desiccated coconut or extra passionfruit pulp.
